- Set in late 18th-century America, this program unfurls historical vignettes through the eyes of two teenage apprentices, Sarah Phillips and James Hiller, who experience the people, events and tough choices of the American revolution. While working in Benjamin Franklin's print shop, the kids discover first-hand the founding principles of democracy, including freedom of the press and equal protection under the law. Each episode includes thought-provoking games and trivia questions
